Terms & Conditions
Last updated October 24, 2026
These terms apply to fostertalentatx.com and to working with Foster Talent (“Foster Talent”, “we”, “us”), an Austin, Texas talent agency representing dancers and creatives. By using this site, applying for representation, or sending a booking request, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
1. Using this site
You may browse the site and share links to it. Please don’t copy, download, or reuse talent photos, reels, or bios for any other purpose, scrape the site, or submit false information or someone else’s details through our forms.
2. For talent applying for representation
Submitting the Get Represented form is an application, not an agreement. Representation only begins once you and Foster Talent sign our Talent Representation Agreement, which sets out commission, payment, conduct, and termination terms. If anything on this page differs from a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
- Representation is non-exclusive. You may find your own work and work with other representatives.
- We don’t guarantee auditions, bookings, income, or any minimum amount of work.
- You must own, or have permission to share, every photo, video, and résumé you send us. You keep ownership of your materials; you give us permission to use them only to represent and promote you while you’re represented.
- Talent under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian to apply and to sign on their behalf.
3. For clients booking talent
When you hire talent through Foster Talent:
- Confirm terms in writing. Before a booking is accepted, the date, call time, location, scope of work, pay, expected duration, any usage of recorded or photographed content, and any cancellation terms should be agreed in writing (email is fine).
- Payment. Unless we agree otherwise in writing for a specific booking, pay the agreed fee to Foster Talent within fourteen (14) calendar days after the project ends. We pay the talent their share.
- Changes. Tell us promptly about any change to the schedule, scope, pay, or usage. Talent isn’t required to perform work materially different from what was agreed.
- Rebooking. If you want to work again with talent we introduced to you, please book through Foster Talent.
- Safe, respectful sets. You’re responsible for a safe workplace and lawful working conditions. Talent may raise concerns about safety, harassment, or conduct with us at any time.
- Confidentiality. If your project needs an NDA or limits on social posts or behind-the-scenes content, tell us when booking so we can pass the requirements on to talent before they accept.
Talent are independent professionals, not Foster Talent employees. We connect you with talent and coordinate the booking, but we don’t control how they perform, and they don’t control your production.
4. Content and ownership
Talent own their photos, reels, and bios; they appear here with permission. The Foster Talent name, logo, artwork, and site design belong to Foster Talent. Nothing on this site gives you a license to use them.
5. No guarantees
We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it’s provided “as is”. We can’t guarantee that a particular dancer will be available, that a booking will happen, or that any client or talent will meet their obligations.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Foster Talent isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from a booking, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the commission we received on the booking involved (or US$100 if there wasn’t one).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
